Exodus Ministries

Exodus Ministries Founders, Elder Marcus & Evangelist Pamela Maddox, had a vision of a people being led out of spiritual and economic bondage, and being led into the inheritance promised to the children of God.

This vision was birthed in June of 1998, as Elder & Evangelist Maddox opened the doors to their home for weekly bible studies. When it became necessary for a more public location, God directed Elder Maddox to the owner of the Jas Banquet Center in the city of Trotwood, Ohio. God opened the door for Exodus Ministries and the weekly bible study and fellowship continued to grow as many souls were ministered to from the Word of God. Exodus Ministries held its' first worship service on New Years Eve 1998. The first Sunday Morning Service was held on January 3, 1999, at 10:00 am. Due to a severe winter storm, there were four in attendance. Elder & Evangelist Maddox conducted service as if all seats were filled, as the Lord had shown Pastor Maddox that it was packed out!!! In the spirit! The following Sunday nine souls came forth, some to give their life to Christ, and others for rededication.

In November 2002, God shut a door and opened up a window! Through divine intervention, Exodus Ministries purchased its' present worship facility in Englewood, Ohio. Exodus Ministries continues to expand as the God given vision of Pastor Maddox unfolds, such as, Exodus National Training Center, Exodus Economic & Community Development Corporation, Exodus Diamond's Program, Exodus Computer Lab to assist at risk youth, and a Television Outreach Ministry just to name a few, have been birthed.

In 2003, the ministry territory was enlarged as the Presiding Bishop Dr. Eugene Ringer appointed, Pastor Maddox as the District Elder of the United Sharon Pentecostal Churches, Inc. and Co Pastor Pamela Maddox was appointed the National Evangelist for the United Sharon Pentecostal Churches, Inc.  To God be the glory for the enormous impact Exodus Ministries is having in these last days.
